Job summary

Sterling Cross is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to lead a Perth-based pharmacy. The role involves management responsibilities and driving clinical services, including travel health and weight management clinics using two dedicated consultation rooms.

The ideal candidate will be an Independent Prescriber with significant pharmacy leadership experience and a passion for developing people and services within a community setting in Scotland.

Qualifications

• MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent.
• Registration with the GPhC and experience working within Scottish Pharmacy.
• Candidates must have full right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team in Perth and manage daily operations.
• Deliver and expand clinical services, with emphasis on travel health and weight management.
• Oversee two dedicated consultation rooms and patient-facing clinics.
• Motivate and develop staff, driving service growth and quality.

Role: Pharmacist

Location: Perth, Scotland

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE

An established pharmacy team is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to lead their pharmacy in Perth.

This is a spacious, modern pharmacy with a strong local reputation, conveniently located near local services, amenities and residential areas.

Alongside your management responsibilities, you will play a key role in delivering and expanding clinical services, with particular opportunities to develop travel health and weight management clinics using the pharmacy's two dedicated consultation rooms.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Independent Prescriber with significant pharmacy management experience, a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, and a passion for developing both people and services within a community pharmacy setting.

You will be supported by an experienced support team and a hands-on Superintendent, with an attractive incentives scheme available to reward performance and service growth.

This is a permanent role for a Pharmacist.
