Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy Managers are supported by store teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. You will lead a team, supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required with registration to practice.
• Proven ability to lead a hospital/retail pharmacy team.
• Experience delivering NHS and private pharmacy services is preferred.
• Strong focus on patient care and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services with patient health advice.
• Play an active role in Tesco's charity and community support programs.
• Lead, train, and develop pharmacy staff to ensure excellent service.
• Use planning systems to ensure adequate pharmacy staffing and availability.
