Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy Tesco store pharmacy team. You will supervise pharmacists, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers while building strong community links.

You will lead by example, develop colleagues, and work with Primary Care Networks and GPs. This role offers flexible working options and a path to career progression within Tesco Pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and GPhC registered.
• Willing to join PVG scheme; DBS check arranged.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and develop colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and NHS/Private services.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Lead, train and develop store pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs.
