Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy Tesco Pharmacy team, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide trusted healthcare advice to customers.

You will recruit, train, and develop colleagues, use a planning system to ensure staff coverage, and participate in community health initiatives.

Applicants must have a Pharmacy Degree, be registered with GPhC, and be willing to complete DBS checks; Tesco supports flexible working and career development.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required.
• GPhC registration and PVG scheme willingness.
• DBS check will be completed prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and NHS/private services to customers.
• Provide healthcare advice and support to patients and carers.
• Lead, train and develop pharmacy colleagues.
• Plan staffing using the store's scheduling system to ensure service levels.
