Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Derby to lead a team and deliver outstanding patient care. The role involves managing stock, operations and adherence to GPhC standards, while driving commercial success in a busy community pharmacy setting.

We welcome Pharmacists and Pharmacist Independent Prescribers (IPs). Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, with strong leadership and NHS funding awareness. Salary up to £58,000 FTE, with generous bonus potential.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist required.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills expected.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver patient care.

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare - Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Derby Derbion (DE1 2PQ)

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - alternate Saturdays

Part-time applicants also welcome!

Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent is based on 45 hours per week)

• GPhC registered pharmacists
