Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Bracknell (RG12 1DF). Hours: 44.75 hours per week with alternate Saturdays. Part‑time applicants also welcome. Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE – negotiable based on experience.

As a GPhC registered pharmacist passionate about leadership, patient care and exceptional healthcare services, you will play a key role in expanding the clinical impact of Superdrug's pharmacy team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Manage stock, operations and ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards.
• Drive commercial success and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver pharmacy and healthcare services that meet community needs.
• Support patients using your clinical expertise across a wide range of healthcare needs.
• Receive direct support from the Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Shape the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering.

We're Looking For

• GPhC registered pharmacists.
• Community pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Independent Prescriber qualification, welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists encouraged to apply.
