Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a GPhC registered pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Manager. This is a patient‑focused leadership role with a strong emphasis on clinical care, service delivery and community health impact.

Part‑time applications are welcome. You will manage stock and operations, ensure GPhC standards are met, drive commercial success and develop pharmacy services with support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering patient‑centred healthcare services.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Willingness to develop into Regional Healthcare Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver patient care.
• Manage stock, operations, and adhere to GPhC standards.
• Drive commercial success and ensure compliance.
• Develop pharmacy and healthcare services for the local community.
• Support patients using clinical expertise with available services.

Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent is based on 45 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care

• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
