Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Scotland with potential Independent Prescriber qualifications. The role offers up to £65,000 FTE, negotiable by experience, and welcomes part-time applicants.

You will lead the pharmacy team, manage stock and operations, and drive clinical services to meet local community needs. A strong focus on patient care and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist or working towards qualification.

• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
• Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering
• GPhC registered pharmacists
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
