Qualifikationen

• UK registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Continuing professional development (CPD) with portfolio is expected.
• Knowledge of GCP and GMP.
• Understanding NHS developments and commissioning processes.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
• Willingness to travel between hospital sites.

Aufgaben

• Provide direction and operational support to the Pharmacy Homecare Team.
• Manage relationships with homecare providers and accounts.
• Arrange service meetings and maintain provider contact records.
• Develop and monitor SLAs and regional homecare framework agreements.
• Maintain homecare prescriptions and patient records in the system.
• Oversee invoicing, price updates and contract changes.
• Supervise SOPs and participate in weekend rotas.
