Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in Berkshire seeks an experienced pharmacist to lead the EPR Pharmacy Configuration workstream, shaping medicines-management within the Trust’s Epic system.

You will provide specialist pharmacy and digital expertise, manage projects, and lead EPR analysts while ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance.

This role offers collaboration across clinical and digital teams, with a focus on improving patient care through innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Masters level 4 years)
• Registered with GPhC
• Postgraduate Clinical diploma or equivalent
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve pharmacy functionality within the EPR.
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades and interfaces for safe, robust solutions.
• Lead pharmacy-related EPR projects and support analysts’ development.
• Ensure medicines-related digital developments comply with legislation and safety standards.
• Champion medicines optimisation and effective use of digital tools to improve patient care.
