Boots is hiring a Trainee Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team, supporting the pharmacist and healthcare professionals as you complete your Dispenser training (NVQ2). You will greet customers, dispense prescriptions, label and endorse medicines, and help patients with advice to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in community pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for the NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with pharmacy team to manage and deliver services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines.
• Follow SOPs for safe and legal dispensing.
• Support repeats and medication adherence initiatives.
