Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the pharmacist, greet customers, dispense prescriptions and advise on medicines to help patients make informed health choices.

Role is in-store with opportunities to develop, including training as a Pharmacy Technician or leadership pathway within the store. Right to work in the UK is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medicines and patient safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of prescription dispensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with store healthcare team to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients and refer queries to Pharmacist.
• Follow SOPs to support safe dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new store systems and processes.
