Job summary

Boots UK is looking for an in-store Dispenser to join our pharmacy team. You will assist the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions, and provide patient guidance while ensuring medicines are safely supplied.

This UK-based role requires NVQ2 Pharmacy Advisor qualification or progress toward an MPharm (first year complete). Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Boots offers enhanced benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy qualification or currently working towards MPharm (first year completed).
• Current and valid UK right to work. Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new innovations and comply with processes.
• Support patients to manage prescriptions and adherence.

Education

Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 or equivalent / MPharm (first year)
