Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team. You will assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions, advising patients, and ensuring safe sale of medicines, while building strong relationships with customers.

Role is UK-based with no remote work; right to work in the UK required. Training and SOPs ensure compliant, high-quality patient care and medicine handling.

Qualifications

• Provides patient-focused care and guidance.
• Supports safe dispensing and medicine handling in store.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Assist pharmacist and healthcare team in delivering pharmacy services.
• Advise patients on medicines and refer to Pharmacist as needed.
• Follow SOPs for safe and legal dispensing.
• Keep up-to-date with in-store processes and product changes.
• Help patients manage repeats and adherence to medications.
