Job summary

Boots is seeking a Dispenser to join our store pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions, giving patient advice, and ensuring safe medicine handling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Based in the UK, you will build relationships with customers, follow SOPs, and help manage repeats while exploring opportunities to develop within pharmacy roles. The role is in-store and requires valid UK work rights.

Qualifications

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 (or equivalent) or currently studying the first year of an MPharm.
• Current and valid UK right to work; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Support pharmacists and healthcare professionals in store operations.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and health.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safe, legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with store innovations and SOP changes.
• Help patients manage repeats and adherence to medicines.
