Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our UK stores and support pharmacists in delivering pharmacy services. You will greet customers, assist with dispensing, and provide advice to help patients make informed health choices.

In-store role focused on safe dispensing, patient safety, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Training and development opportunities, with a clear career path including possible progression to Pharmacy Technician roles.

Qualifications

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 (or equivalent) or currently working towards the first year of the MPharm.
• Current and valid UK right to work; no sponsorship for Skilled Worker Visa.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing.
• Keep up to date with innovations in store operations.
• Support patients with repeats and adherence to medicines.
