Job summary

Superdrug in Cardiff is hiring for a part-time position supporting the pharmacy team in counter sales and dispensary duties. We welcome NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or someone starting as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant, with no experience required beyond a genuine interest in healthcare and customer service.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining presentation standards, and working both independently and as part of a team in a busy pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR interest in healthcare to start as trainee.
No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
Friendly attitude, willingness to learn.
Team player or able to work independently.
Confident to work in a fast-paced environment.
Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
Delivering exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
