Heatherlands Pharmacy in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support day-to-day dispensing activities, ensure patient safety, maintain accuracy, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous UK pharmacy dispensing experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and label private prescriptions.
• Prepare and assemble prescriptions for final pharmacist checking.
• Process prescriptions using the pharmacy PMR system.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records.
• Receive, check, and manage pharmaceutical stock.
• Assist with stock ordering and inventory management.
• Ensure the dispensary is clean, organised, and compliant with SOPs.
• Follow SOPs, GPhC standards, and relevant pharmacy regulations.
• Support the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
