Job summary

Gibbs & Gurnell Pharmacy in Ryde is seeking a reliable Pharmacy Dispenser to join our dispensary team on a part-time basis (32 hours/week). Training is provided; prior dispensing experience is helpful but not essential.

You will handle prescriptions, assist patients, and maintain accurate records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. The role offers a base hourly rate of £12.71 with a potential up to 12% monthly performance bonus and opportunities for development within a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label prescriptions accurately.
• Select and assemble medicines safely.
• Manage prescription collections, owing medicines and stock.
• Assist patients in person and by telephone.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.
• Follow pharmacy procedures and support an efficient dispensary.
• Work effectively with the wider pharmacy team.
