Job summary
The Boots Company PLC in the UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our store pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions and help ensure the safe sale of medicines while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications
- Completed the Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or currently working towards and have completed the first year of an MPharm qualification.
- Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
- Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services in-store.
- Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist.
- Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
- Keep up to date with new store innovations and comply with processes.
- Support patients to manage their prescriptions with repeats and adherence to reduce waste.
