Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
  • Label and package medicines according to legal and company standards.
  • Manage stock levels, check expiry dates, and maintain accurate records of medications.
  • Answer customer queries in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure prescriptions are processed safely and efficiently, including controlled drugs and private prescriptions.
  • Support the pharmacist with administrative duties such as filing, ordering stock, and maintaining patient records.
  • Adhere to NHS, GPhC, and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy.

Job description

We are working together to increase their talent pool of motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispensers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, offering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
