Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Dundee is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our branch team. You will support everyday pharmacy operations, interact with customers and healthcare professionals, and help deliver essential pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services with MCA qualification and has experience in a customer-focused environment, prioritising confidentiality and accuracy in medication handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle medications accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
