Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy Mayfield in Dalkeith seeks a passionate Healthcare Partner to join our team. You will deliver pharmacy services, build relationships with customers and support community health needs.

You must hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and an MCA qualification. This part-time role covers 16 hours weekly, Tue–Fri 10am–2pm at the Mayfield branch, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment; understanding of confidentiality and safe handling of medications.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all branch processes.
• Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services.
• Representing Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador in the community.
