Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Dunfermline is seeking a Healthcare Partner to support branch operations and patient care. You will participate in all branch processes, build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and help deliver pharmacy services.

The role requires NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent plus MCA, with experience in customer-focused environments and strict confidentiality. You will be a self-motivated, proactive team member representing Rowlands daily and helping

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
