- Assists the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and to process prescriptions, in compliance with regulations.

- Processes transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges; assists customers in locating products.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, manages inventory, and records transactions.
- Supports pharmacy duties such as entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting in workflow management.
- Reports prescription errors promptly and adheres to pharmacy policies, including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct and Good Faith Dispensing.
- Handles non-urgent phone calls, processes third-party claims, and performs clerical duties as assigned.
- Supports inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals, and managing warehouse claims.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains store displays, completes resets, and manages product placement and stock rotation.
- Maintains knowledge of store systems and equipment.
- Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photos and promotional products.
- Manages web order pickups and maintains store cleanliness and appearance.
- Follows all policies and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes assignments and tasks as directed.
Training & Personal Development- Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
- Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
