Job summary

Superdrug in Edgware is seeking a part-time trainee pharmacy assistant to join our busy pharmacy team. You’ll work 20 hours across 4 or 5 days, with a typical shift 2pm–6pm, and you’ll be supported to gain NVQ level 2 in dispensing or start your pharmacy career with us.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) or interest to begin as trainee.
• No prior experience required – passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
