Job summary

Asda Crawley is seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our in-store pharmacy team. This part-time role (8 hours per week) supports pharmacists, processes prescriptions, and helps customers with their health needs in the store’s pharmacy. Afternoons shift, permanent contract, £13.10 per hour.

You will train towards becoming a Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and progress toward a Dispensing Assistant role while delivering friendly and confidential healthcare support.

Qualifications

• Friendly and well-organised, able to work with a team.
• Good computer skills and accurate record keeping.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Keen to help people and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist and process prescriptions accurately.
• Provide warm, confidential customer service in-store.
• Collect prescriptions from surgeries and ready them for pickup.
• Promote and support pharmacy services (e.g., Medicines Use Reviews).
