Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process till transactions including over the counter sales and cash handling.
• Follow medicine sales protocol and 2WHAM questioning technique.
• Provide medicines advice and general health information.
• Receive and hand out prescriptions under supervision of Pharmacist.
• Collect prescription charges and ensure patient declaration is signed.
• Order stock to meet demand while minimising losses.
• Maintain tidy displays and implement price changes or promotions.
• Keep sales and back shop areas clean and organised.
• Process invoices and paperwork in line with procedures.
• Support delivery of services such as stop smoking advice and BP checks.
