Job summary

Superdrug is hiring at the Northampton Online Pharmacy Operations Hub for roles open to qualified Dispensers and those starting out as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. The role offers 27 hours per week with flexibility across seven days, and a pay rate of £15.15 per hour for Dispenser or up to £13.95 per hour as a Trainee.

You'll support counter sales, stock replenishment and both the pharmacy counter and dispensary, with training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – passion for healthcare and customer service welcomed.
• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR keen interest in healthcare to begin as a trainee.
• Online pharmacy experience would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensure customers and patients are served with care and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
