Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Must be suitable to undertake Level 2 Pharmacy Services qualification within 12 months.
• Excellent communication, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day routine activities of the dispensary under supervision of the Dispensary Manager/Dispensary Supervisor, in line with current policies and procedures.
• Assist in the delivery of an efficient dispensing to Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and other commissioned services.
• Work independently following standard operating procedures after competency assessment.
• Demonstrate a friendly demeanour and good customer service skills.
• Shared responsibility for reducing waste and expenditure.
• Participate in weekend and late night rotas as required.
• Work well under pressure with attention to detail and a professional and timely manner.
