Job summary

Skills4 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in Cumbria. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations while training for the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with full training and support provided.

You will engage with customers, handle prescriptions under supervision, manage stock, and work as part of a team to ensure excellent service. This role offers hands-on learning and a nationally recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided with the course.
• You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role.
• No previous pharmacy experience is required; full training is provided.

About the course

Brief Description

CA28 7DG We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.
