Job summary

skills4group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support the day‑to‑day running of a community pharmacy. You will learn on the job while completing a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship over approximately 15 months.

Key duties include helping customers at the counter, assisting with prescriptions under supervision, managing stock, and using pharmacy systems. No previous pharmacy experience is required as full training is provided.

About the course

Brief Description

CA28 7DG We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.
