Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Berkshire. You will join a busy community pharmacy team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping customers while working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

Training is provided alongside your role, with full support. Key duties include assisting customers, processing prescriptions under supervision, stock handling, and maintaining records in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English desired but not essential as training can be provided.
• Applicants without Maths/English Level 2 may take tests to determine suitability for the course.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Help prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
