Paydens Group Of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. You will assist in dispensing under supervision, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a smooth workflow with accurate stock and computerised systems.

The role emphasises attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication, with comprehensive training offered in a supportive environment within a leading local pharmacy group. Saturday hours are included for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Foundation of pharmacy knowledge; NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with warmth, empathy and patience.
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and safety of operations.
• Strong teamwork capabilities in a collaborative setting.
• Computer literacy; comfortable with learning and using pharmacy software systems.
• Outstanding communication; problem-solving and adaptability in a busy environment.
