Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice role at Wolstanton. You will support daily pharmacy operations, help customers, and work closely with the team to ensure safe and efficient service while completing a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will receive full training and support, with an emphasis on learning through blended delivery and on-the-job experience, earning while you learn and gaining a recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, Maths and English desired.
• Full training provided; successful candidates may be required to complete Maths/English tests to determine suitability for the course.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
