Job summary

Skills4Group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Liverpool to support daily pharmacy operations and interact with customers. You will pursue a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship while working, with full training provided.

Key duties include helping customers, assisting with prescriptions under supervision, stock control, and using pharmacy systems. The role requires dedication, good communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
