Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in Fulwood. You will support customers at the medicines counter, assist with prescriptions under supervision, and learn on the job while completing your Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

No prior pharmacy experience is required; full training is provided. You will also help with stock, records and ensuring safe, confidential service as part of a team committed to

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired, or equivalent.
• If Maths/English Level 2 not held, tests determine suitability for the course.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and answer queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
