ClinChoice is searching for a Pharmacovigilance Contracts Administrator Consultant to join one of our clients.

Work Location: UK (3 days in High Wycombe office, 2 days remote per week)

ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO with a focus on quality, professional development, and a supportive culture. This is a client-facing role requiring confident candidates who can work independently and establish trust with the client’s team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for safety-related agreements to ensure proper collection and processing of safety data from external partners and vendors to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review and assist with creating templates and standard wording for safety-related contracts.
  • Assist with gathering information from various regions for gap analysis and audit planning.
  • Manage contract database including uploading, reviewing, renewing, and updating contracts.
  • Support the development of new PV Agreements and update systems post-execution.
  • Create and distribute training materials on contract management.
  • Coordinate monthly contract reviews and communicate findings to PV Lead.
  • Manage team mailbox, liaising with internal stakeholders for queries and training on safety-related matters and contract language.
  • Assist in preparing contract listings for the PV System Master File.

Education and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Experience in program management within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, law, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of PV experience, including at least 1 year in PV contracting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of global pharmacovigilance laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in contract language and legal terms.
  • Experience working in safety organizations with operational responsibilities.
  • Experience with PV System Master Files and Contracting Systems.
