Juniper, Our Women’s Health Platform

Through Juniper, we provide a personalized, high-touch model of care that enables patients to access evidence-based, supportive, and sustainable weight management. Our model promotes accessibility and accountability for patients who have traditionally struggled to achieve their goals in a stigmatized and poorly managed condition.

We’re now expanding our services to include broader support for women’s health, focusing on menopause care. Therefore, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Menopause Lead Prescriber to lead this next chapter.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of specialized care, education, and support for women navigating menopause. You’ll empower patients to approach this life stage with clarity and confidence, working closely with our dedicated team of prescribers to make healthcare more accessible, personalized, and safe. You will also provide training and support to other healthcare professionals to upskill them in menopause management.

• Conduct synchronous video consultations via our bespoke platform to assess suitable menopause interventions;
• Provide outstanding, personalized clinical advice that leaves a lasting positive impression;
• Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of HRT and symptom management;
• Adhere to our practice standards, quality, safety procedures, and complete all required training;
• Efficiently triage medical inquiries to ensure excellent patient safety and care;
• Respond promptly to medical incidents via video, phone, or asynchronous messaging;
• Serve as a key contact for our partnered clinicians and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve processes and systems;
• Assist in creating clinical knowledge centers to empower our team to deliver deeper, more personalized patient experiences.

About you (Who you are)

• Qualified as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with at least 2 years of experience in menopause management;
• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as an Independent Prescriber;
• High level of empathy and passion for delivering exceptional patient care;
• Organized, independent, and a team player;
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Proficient in using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients, especially in written formats;
• Experience in online prescribing;
• Open to part-time or full-time roles;
• Willing to work at least one weekend per month.

Bonus points for:

• Membership of the British Menopause Society (BMS);
• Experience prescribing for menopause in private clinics (F2F or remote);
• Experience prescribing for weight loss;
• Experience with synchronous video consultations.
