Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely for patients.
• Maintain adequate inventory of medications and OTC products to meet needs.
• Counsel patients on new and existing medications with empathy and clarity.
• Educate customers through public relations and health outreach events.
• Provide prompt, positive resolution to patient requests and doctor inquiries.
• Review costs and manage expenditures within the pharmacy (dispensary).
• Deliver ongoing training for new and current pharmacy staff.
