Boots is seeking a pharmacist to make a real difference in the community, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first, using clinical expertise daily as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered pharmacist with active license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset; eager to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve standards of care and safety.
• Develop the capability of the wider healthcare team with the Store Manager.
• Grow talent reflecting the community; coach and mentor colleagues.
