Job summary

Evolve Selection is recruiting a Pharmacist Manager in Scotland near Tain to lead a community pharmacy and drive patient care excellence. The role combines clinical leadership with team management in a busy store operating Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30 plus Saturday 9:00–13:00.

Salary ranges £60,000–£70,000 depending on IP status, with pension, GPhC fee paid, relocation assistance, and growth opportunities in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescriber qualification preferred; company will support you on this journey.
• Fully registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Experience in Scotland and knowledge of local practice and patient needs.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership and smooth running of the pharmacy.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and meet targets.
• Oversee deliveries and controlled drugs, manage missing items and returns.
• Provide expert prescription advice and champion patient care across the team.
