CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care at our UK location and drive safe dispensing, immunizations, and compliant pharmacy operations. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, coach staff, and ensure high-quality service to patients daily.

The role emphasizes clinical care, patient empathy, and collaboration with the broader health team to improve outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of the store location.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health purpose by providing safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Supervising pharmacy team in absence of Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts and coaching for performance.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and maintain compliant pharmacy operations.
• Deliver immunizations and collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team to resolve issues with insurance or meds.
• Assist inventory management with focus on cold chain products and compliance with regulations.
