Pharmacist Lead
Position: Pharmacist Lead
Location: Macclesfield
Pay: up to £52,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 9-5 + on call
Contract: Fixed Term 12 Month Contract

MediTalent is offering an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Lead to join a leading private healthcare group based in Macclesfield. You will be doing the day-to-day running of the pharmacy department, whilst supporting growth and direction to your team/colleagues. This is a great opportunity for a lead to widen their experience or a very experienced senior pharmacist with hospital background looking for a step up.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Daily running of the Pharmacy department and always giving clinical direction.
2. Safe medicine management always across staff / patients.
3. Mentoring and leadership of your team and junior members of staff to progress within their career.

The right candidate will have:

1. Hospital experience
2. Leadership/management experience
3. Experience in dealing with consultants and attending MDT meetings
