Simple Online Healthcare in Glasgow is seeking a Pharmacist to join us as office-based to start, with a pathway to hybrid working. You will clinically assess prescriptions, perform accuracy checks, and ensure medicines are supplied safely and in line with medical and legal requirements.

You will conduct telephone and video consultations as needed, communicate clearly with patients, and support dispensers and clinical teams to maintain efficient orders and high standards of safety.

Qualificações

• GPhC registered pharmacist with commitment to patient safety.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical decision making.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Clinically assess prescriptions and perform accuracy checks.
• Conduct telephone/video consultations when needed.
• Work in line with GPhC standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with dispensers and clinical teams to fulfil orders.
• Identify and report near misses and discrepancies.
• Assist training and participate in audits.
