Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance, monitor care standards, and work with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team.

You will coach colleagues, reflect community needs, and represent Boots when collaborating with healthcare professionals. DBS checks may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with coaching ability.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
