What You'll Be Doing

You will support pharmacy services at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. Your responsibilities include ensuring medication prescribing and administration adhere to best practices, providing medication information to patients during discharge planning, and offering post-discharge care.

What We Look For

You should be an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist with knowledge of legal requirements for medication supply, storage, and controlled drugs. Leadership experience is essential to oversee the team in the absence of the lead Pharmacist. Hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory.
