Job summary

Prospect Health are seeking a registered Pharmacist to join a community pharmacy team in Wimborne. The role is full-time with regular daytime hours and weekend cover as outlined in the schedule.

You will dispense medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with GPs and nurses to optimise care. We are looking for a proactive pharmacist with strong communication skills, up-to-date knowledge of medicines, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC registration.
• Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and patient support.

Week 1 and Week 3 - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch) plus Saturday 09:00 - 12:00 Week 2 and Week 4 - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch)
