  • Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, and external professionals
  • Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing excellent care
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a team-centered approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and local/national services
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact face-to-face with diverse customers and patients
