Your Role

A typical day involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and delivering excellent service to all our customers. Every day is fast-paced and varied, so no one day is the same in an Asda pharmacy.

Our supermarket pharmacies offer a wide range of opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure we are always there for our customers whenever they need us. Our pharmacists are a vital part of their local communities, building relationships, providing expert care and advice, and helping the most vulnerable people in society.

Our friendly pharmacies offer various frontline NHS services, from emergency prescriptions to Urgent Care. You will need to provide both NHS and Private services, possess excellent communication skills, and be empathetic. With safety as a top priority, strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team to bring out the best in others are essential for this role.

You will be fully supported in all aspects of your role by our in-store, regional, and home office teams, whether your query is clinical or service-related. You will also receive regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditation for additional services funded by Asda.

Week 1

• Saturday - 09:00 - 21:00
• Monday - 09:00 - 16:00
• Tuesday - 09:00 - 15:00
• Thursday - 16:00 - 21:00

Week 2

• Monday - 14:00 - 21:00
• Tuesday - 16:00 - 21:00
• Friday - 09:00 - 21:00

About You

• You will be a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• You will be accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
• You will be able to provide excellent customer and patient care.
• Drive and ambition to ensure the pharmacy meets business targets.
• You will have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
